Bailey's Milkshake
A dessert and a cocktail in one, this delicious combination of Bailey's Irish Cream and vanilla ice cream gets a unique flavor boost from a float of butterscotch schnapps.
- Ingredients:
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Bailey's® Irish Cream (or other Irish cream liqueur)
- 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps (optional)
Preparation:
Combine the ice cream, milk and Bailey's in a blender until smooth and frothy. Divide between 4 glasses and top each with 1/4 ounce of butterscotch schnapps if desired.
