Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients ~

2 lbs sugar snap peas, ends trimmed
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation ~

Heat the butter and honey together in a large pan over medium-high heat until the butter begins to foam. Add the snap peas and cook, stirring continually, until they are bright green and crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and transfer to a serving dish.

Makes 8 servings
