Sparkling Fruit Salad

Ingredients ~

2 kiwis, sliced
1 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 small pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 small bananas, peeled and sliced
6 tablespoons Mandarine Napoléon
2 tablespoons honey
Fresh mint for garnish
Prosecco - 1 tablespoon per serving

Preparation ~

Prepare all of the fruit and combine in a large mixing bowl. Combine the Mandarine Napoléon and honey in a small bowl and drizzle over the fruit. Toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, stirring once or twice during that time.

Spoon individual servings into shallow bowls and garnish with a sprig of mint. Top with 1 tablespoon of prosecco at the table and serve immediately.

Makes 8 to 10 servings
