Bewitching Brandy Alexander
Ingredients ~
1-1/2 ounce brandy
1/2 ounce white crème de cacao
3 ounces half and half
Preparation ~
Combine all in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass and dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
Note: For a richer flavor, replace the half-and-half with heavy cream. To go lighter, try whole milk.
